3. Service Description

Soul Aura provides personalized numerology reports based on Pythagorean numerology principles. Our reports are generated using the name and birth date information you provide. Reports are delivered digitally via email in PDF format.

4. Entertainment Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Soul Aura numerology reports are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Our Service does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice. The information in our reports should not be used as a substitute for professional consultation. By using our Service, you acknowledge that numerology is a belief system and the interpretations provided are subjective.

5. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using Soul Aura, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

6. User Responsibilities

7. Orders and Payment

7.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in your local currency where available. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, any price changes will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and affiliated payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

7.3 Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your personalized report will be delivered to your email address within 24 hours of purchase, typically within minutes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, report formats, interpretations, and software, is the property of Landcore OÜ and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDCORE OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Estonia. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide prior notice to registered users by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to terminate these Terms before material changes take effect.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
