REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Products
Soul Aura reports are digital products that are personalized and generated specifically for each customer based on the information provided (name and birth date).
2. General Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our digital products, all sales are generally final once the report has been generated and delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a customized digital product.
3. Exceptions - When Refunds Are Granted
We will provide a full refund in the following circumstances:
3.1 Non-Delivery
If you do not receive your report within 48 hours of purchase and we cannot resolve the delivery issue, you are entitled to a full refund.
3.2 Technical Errors
If your report contains significant technical errors that make it unusable (e.g., corrupted file, incorrect calculations due to system error), we will either regenerate your report or provide a full refund.
3.3 Duplicate Charges
If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge(s).
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
1. Change of mind after the report has been generated and delivered
2. Dissatisfaction with the content of a correctly generated personalized report
3. Requesting refund after downloading or accessing the report
4. Attempting to purchase and receive the same report multiple times
5. EU Consumer Rights
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital content. However, by completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the report is delivered, as permitted under Article 16(m) of the Directive.
Important Notice Regarding Withdrawal Right Waiver: In accordance with EU consumer law, your explicit consent to waive the withdrawal right is required at the time of purchase via a checkbox confirmation on the checkout page. The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the date of delivery of the digital content, not from the date of purchase. If delivery has not yet occurred, your statutory 14-day withdrawal right remains in full effect.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible circumstances above:
1. Email us at info@soulaura.ai within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and email address used for purchase
3. Explain the reason for your refund request
4. We will respond within 3 business days
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
