Is this a physical or a digital product?

100% digital. You receive a personalized PDF by email — nothing is shipped, and there are no physical materials or shipping fees, anywhere in the world.

Which countries do you deliver to?

When will I receive my report?

By email, as a PDF, within 24 hours of purchase — usually much sooner. The Human Asset Report arrives within 4 hours of submitting your nine answers. If it hasn't arrived in time, check your spam folder and then email info@soulaura.ai with your order number or the email address you used.

What information do I need to provide?

Your full legal birth name and date of birth at checkout. Write your name in Latin letters, spelled as in your own language. Couples reports (The Relationship Mirror) need both partners' names and birth dates. The Human Asset Report needs only your name, email and nine answers.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout offers the methods enabled for your region, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, processed securely through Shopify Checkout. Prices are shown in your local currency where available, otherwise in USD.

What languages are available?

Reports can be generated in your preferred language. The flagship numerology report supports 33 languages; the career, relationship and wealth reports are multilingual.

Is this just a generic horoscope — or fortune-telling?

Neither. Your report is created specifically for you from your name and birth date, so no two are alike. And it is a structured self-discovery tool: it describes patterns, strengths and tendencies to reflect on. It does not predict future events, and it is not medical, financial or legal advice.

What is your refund policy?

Because reports are personalized and delivered by email, all sales are final once a report has been created and delivered. You receive a full refund if your report isn't delivered within 48 hours and we can't resolve it, or if incorrect birth details were our system's error. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Is my information secure?

Yes. Your name and birth date are used only to generate your report and are not stored on our servers after delivery. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (GDPR and CCPA/CPRA).

What is the Human Asset Report?

Does the Human Asset Report use my name or birth date?

No. It is built only from your own answers: no birth date, no name arithmetic, no horoscope, and no personality type.

How do I get my Human Asset Report?

Open the Your Nine Questions page, answer the nine questions and enter your email. Your report is sent to your email within 4 hours.

What if one of my answers is too short?

If an answer has no example in it, or the verb under a dream is missing, you get up to three follow-up questions. They only ask about the gap in what you already said, never about new topics.
